Terms & Conditions
1. Orders & Booking
• All orders require submission of design details, event date, and inspiration photos at the time of booking.
• To ensure the highest quality and artistry, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders. Orders submitted with less notice may be declined.
• All orders are considered confirmed once payment is received.

2. Pricing
• Listed prices are starting prices and reflect basic designs. Final pricing may vary based on size, complexity, flavors, or additional decorative elements.
• Add-ons such as elevated detailing, sculptural designs, metallic accents, or specialty flavors will incur additional charges.
• Prices are non-negotiable and reflect the quality, customization, and craftsmanship of Cake 2 Taste creations.
3. Payments
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Partial payments or deposits are non-refundable.
• Payment secures your order date and design slot.
4. Cancellations & Changes
• Orders may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 1 weeks notice.
• Orders canceled within 1 week of the scheduled pickup/delivery are non-exchangeable for later date. We don’t offer refunds.
• Changes to designs, flavors, or quantities must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled order. Some last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
5. Custom & Specialty Orders
• Custom cakes, curated boxes, and specialty items are handcrafted per order.
• Because of the bespoke nature of custom work, substitutions, and last-minute adjustments may not always be possible.
• Cake 2 Taste reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline custom requests that exceed practical limitations, compromise quality, or pose safety risks.
6. Pick-Up & Delivery
• Orders are to be picked up or scheduled for delivery at the time specified during booking.
• Cake 2 Taste is not responsible for damage or mishandling after delivery or pickup.
• Delivery fees may apply and are determined at the time of booking.
7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
• Please disclose all allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
• While Cake 2 Taste takes precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared ingredients and equipment.
8. Photography & Marketing
• Cake 2 Taste reserves the right to photograph orders for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested at the time of booking.
9. Liability
• Cake 2 Taste is not liable for damages, injuries, or adverse reactions caused by products once they leave the kitchen.
• All sales are final unless otherwise noted in these Terms & Conditions.

• Every Cake 2 Taste creation is handcrafted with attention to detail, artistry, and flavor.
• By placing an order, clients acknowledge and respect the care, time, and craftsmanship involved in producing a premium dessert experience.
